Order was correct, but employee was rude and seemed irritated. They ran out of tea, set the dispenser on the FLOOR, and poured tea into it!
Very busy on a Sunday afternoon after church. Staff didn't look equipped to handle the chaos.
The chicken/hens tasted super old. Me and my co worker ordered here for lunch and we both threw our food away. If you order chicken wings from this place just know that it’s very low grade chicken. I have eaten at other zaxbys and the food at this one is low grade. It tastes like bought the chicken from a cheap food truck parked around the corner. Never eating at this location again. Thomson ga has to do better!
Passing through from out out of town a and decided to stop say this particular zaxbys. We went through the drive thru sands the person taking our order was very rude and impatient. I ordered a traditional wings and things, a kickin chicken and kids meal with a side basket of toast. When we received our order the food was very cold and our toast was burnt. Huge disappoint.
Order came out incorrect. Asked for 3 sauces and get 2 in return. Cashier is confused on drink sizes as well. Accuracy here use to be great and has gone down hill. Every time I order I have to check 3 times to ensure its correct.(feeding a family of 4)
