Slow. And, I don't need the bad attitude. They looked at me for 15 minutes before they took my walk up order. They took 2 drive thru orders while I was waiting.
Ignored by the staff at the drive thru. Worst service in the history of my life. I will never eat Checkers again.
Just me for a incomplete order instead of waiting on 2:00 to get off get the damn Order right
I hated Checkers' food before I came to this place because I never thought it was great quality (even for fast food), but then we came here. Every single time, the food has always been fresh and delicious. Customer service is amazing, and we even got a free drink once for a long wait. Really great place to be for cheap food!
The wait and service were absolutely horrible at tonight's visit. After placing the order (2 value meals) I drove up to the window. I waited about 5 minutes at the window before we were given our sodas but no straws. Then I was told to back my car down the lane to wait behind the pillars so that I wasn't sitting by the window while I waited for my food. After waiting an additional 15-20 minutes that way, I pulled back to to the window in case they'd forgotten I was there. I had two cars in line behind me at this point. Another 5 minutes and they gave me my food order and straws but no napkins or a fork. Waited an additional 3-4 minutes for someone to return to the window to bring me a fork and was completely ignored. Drove up to the front and had my son go to the walk up window to request a fork. Wow, wow. It was beyond horrible and the food was not even hot.
