The employees were very rude. I know that my family and I WILL NOT be back there. I was upset about how my elderly fathere was treated. And word of mouth travels fast. I certainly let everyone in the place know how I felt. They could not get our right. The employees were talking trash back to me when I complained. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY AT ANY OTHER FAST FOOD PLACE.
they're food is excellent and they're service is exceptional
It took 20 minutes to get our food.while others were getting there before us, that order what we got. The workers were bitching the whole time about working. The manger was counting the till on the counter instead of taking control of the crew or helping customers. Dining room was a total mess. Come machine dirty and sticky, no tea made. No hair nets. If health department was to walk in they would have shut it down. We will not be back.
Popcorn chicken was old and not good. Friend could not eat them. I ate them with lots of ranch dip. Hardly any customers (3) but had 4 personnel on duty. Cole slaw could not be eaten...way too much of the dressing. Slaw was white, hardly any green showing. I have always loved popeyes but will no go back to this location (Thomson, GA)...may give one more try to another location. We were there at about 4-5 pm. So sorry.
This was the worst food I have ate the food was hard. Sorry service I will be calling the home office as soon as they open Monday 11/13/2017
