Great customer service, and the pizza is always A+
Made my online order at 8:34 pm the site said it was only supposed to take 21-31 minutes to be delivered. So at 9:40 pm my order still hadn't been delivered so I called the person who answered said that the driver said he got out and rang the doorbell. This was a lie because I was sitting at the door and noone ever knocked or rung the doorbell. Then she put me on hold for 5 more minutes to check so I hung up. Called back at this time it was 9:59 pm she told me that the driver had just returned to the store and that they was sending him back.so I asked was the cold food free she said she had to speak with her manager so she put me on hold another two minutes. The manager then got on the phone and said she was sending him back with food that I had order over an hour ago and I asked her was it free and she said no so I told her he would be bring it back because who wants cold food. They are so disrespectful and have no such thing as customer service and seems like they don't care about there customers. Never will I buy anything from them again because I am a customer and u will get great service or I won't spend my money.
This is the only dominos in town and I'm a loyal customer (about 4 times a month. I like pizza) Just ordered 2 hand tossed pizzas and they both were pan made pizzas...no garlic season on the crust at all. I called and let them know and the girl on the phone assured me that I got hand tossed pizzas and that the garlic seasoning was on the crust when I could clearly see it wasn't. She told me it may look different because they have new people working in the store. Won't be ordering from here anymore.
Still loving these people! They get our order right every time and deliver it in a timely manner. they are all polite and professional.
