I know its driver services so my expectations were low from the start, but this was literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVERYONE behind the counter was angry at the world and they took it out on every customer in the office. Also, someone should consider firing the short, older woman. It seems that the employees were feeding off of her terrible attitude. Absolutely unnacceptable.
