So I owed them a balance from a previous rental, however it was paid to the creditor. They had no record of it and when it was finally addressed by the accounting office, Mr. Robby Scaggs, Assistant manager decided to not rent me a car because the issue was not 100% resolved even though the issue was on behalf on Enterprise and the debt collector. And my insurance pays $30 a day so it's not like they weren't going to get paid. Shame on you Robby Scaggs
They had a vehicle ready for me as soon as I dropped off a vehicle for repairs without a reservation.
