Troy Benson [in the Service Department] could not have been more helpful. Travis B. had fixed my car before I had the time to get settled in and look at my magazine! Should I have any other issues with my Fiat, Thompson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT is where I will go. This was a very different experience than the one I had at the dealership in Columbia, SC where I bought the car. Thank y'all very much.
I hate to give negative reviews of companies that I want to trust but Thomson Dodge has made it impossible for me not to.
I bought 2 cars in one day from this dealership Paul was the salesman he was great . However I sold one car and wanted to get a prorated refund on my gap insurance and not one person will respond to my emails or phone calls everyone always “in a meeting”. I have referred several people to the dealership . However, after the sale is important also that is what keeps customers coming back!!! So if you are looking for service after the sale don’t buy from them. I am very disappointed and will continue to try and find someone to help me with this .
I have been seeking resolution for a safety issue on my 2013 Dodge Avenger for almost a month now. However, I cannot get management that can make decisions to actually call me back. I had the same issue with my head restraint (right side) a year ago when it deployed out of nowhere and now my left one has done the same thing. There is no way that this is not a defect on safety equipment. I really do want to be able to change this rating as I have now purchased two brand vehicles from Thompson Dodge in the past 4 years. I request someone to please contact me back soon as my next step has to be contacting a lawyer and the NTSB.
Great Dealership. Staff is very friendly. Mike Kent and Kenneth Dukes did their best to help me to get the car I wanted and needed. They made what seemed for other dealers impossible possible. I am very pleased with the service. And believe me I am not the easiest costumer lol.

Tommy Burgess was our sale guy..No messing around and straight to the point guy...we both talked numbers and we told him what we could afford and he came back with in our budget..and we got Amazing deal ..
