I am currently sitting in the dining area with nothing to eat because according to the manager it is my fault that I do not carry cash on me. This is a 24 hour store. I placed my order and was told the "system" was down. The counter girl went to get a manager. She returned without a manager but with a sheet of paper to write my order down. I proceeded to pay with my debit card and was told that it was cash only. I told her that I didn't have cash on me and was basically told, oh well. No offer to try to get the system back up or help at all. Not even a sorry. This in my opinion, is unacceptable. I will be contacting the corporate office and complaining.
We stop here some time before leaving out of town. The good and service is always great but the parking lot is too small
Great customer service. Order french fries with no salt to get fresh fries. The ones with salt are soggy and not fresh.
Lots of electronics - menu, etc.
Ok. I got an iced coffee. Tasted sorta like milky coffee .... With chemicals.
You could do worse.
The service is a bit slow and employees should have better attitudes, therefore the food is knock your socks off good.
